एजेन्सी : टोकियो ओलम्पिकको नयाँ मिति टोकियो ओलम्पिक २०२१ को जुलाई २३ देखि अगष्ट ८ सम्म संचालन हुने सार्वजनिक भएको छ । कोरोना भाइरसका कारण एक वर्ष सरेको ओलम्पिकको नयाँ मिति सार्वजनिक भएको हो । उक्त घोषणा अन्तराष्ट्रिय ओलम्पिक समिति, जापानी सरकार, टोकियो महानगरपालिका र स्थानीय आयोजक समितिको संयुक्त निर्णयपछि भएको हो। विश्वभर महामारीका रुपमा फैलिएको कोरोना भइरसका कारण यसअघि जुलाई २४ बाट आयोजना हुने भनिएको ओलम्पिक स्थगित गरिएको थियो। आधुनिक ओलम्पिक खेलकुदको सुरुआत ग्रिसबाट भएको हो। त्यसैले विश्वको जुनसुकै राष्ट्रमा ओलम्पिक आयोजना भए पनि ओलम्पिक ज्योति भने ग्रिसबाट ल्याउने प्रचलन छ।

Pride Group of Hotels announced it is feeding COVID-19 frontline workers by distributing 1,000 food parcels every day until April 14, 2020 (the end of the current COVID-19 coronavirus lockdown period) in the cities of Pune, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, and Nagpur in India.

Ever since the outbreak of the dreaded COVID-19 coronavirus, the frontline work teams have been working around the clock to support efforts to bring things under control. These include doctors, nurses, service experts, police officers, medical practitioners, hospital support staff, and civil service personnel, among others.

Prepared by in-house chefs, at each of Pride Hotel’s properties, the food parcel is comprised of rice, dal, vegetable, and chapatis. Indian Dal is a flavorful vegetarian side dish made of yellow or red lentils and spices. It is a vegetarian side dish for any Indian meal. Chapatis are made of whole-wheat flour known as atta, mixed into dough with water, edible oil, and optional salt in a mixing utensil called a parat, and is cooked on a tava (flat skillet).

As Pride Hotels is feeding COVID-19 frontline workers, it is strictly abiding by all social distancing and personal hygiene guidelines. The parcels are neatly packed to be distributed under the guidance of a non-governmental organization (NGO) and local police stationed in each of these cities.

The Kingdom of Thailand is going through the Coronavirus crisis. With 1245 infected and 6 dead, the numbers in Thailand of COVID-19 are not comparable to Germany, where 57,695 are recorded sick and 433 died. Based on percentage and due to an excellent health care system, Germany has a low fatality quote.

One of the most charming city’s of Bavaria is Garmisch Partenkirchen, an hour drive from Munich on the way to Innsbruck, Austria. Germany has strict rules in place to combat the virus. Some of the strongest restrictions are in the German State of Bavaria. Hotels are not allowed to host travelers on holiday. Only essential business travel is allowed.

The exception is the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl in Bavaria. A spokesperson for the local district council told local media the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl was an exception because “the guests are a single, homogenous group of people with no fluctuation”. One of the individuals with no fluctuation is the 67-year-old  monarch, His Majesty the King of Thailand.

The Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located at the foothills of the Alps. The Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl has a wide range of exquisite rooms, suites, and apartments. All rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and charm. Each room has breath-taking views of the Alps or of the beautiful vistas in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A unique view of the Zugspitze and the alpine panorama combined with friendly Bavarian hospitality and culinary delights awaits you at the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl. The 19th-century mansion hotel has been both a Nazi military and a girls’ boarding school in the past. The Thai ruler is believed to own a house nearby, on Lake Starnberg, so it could be that he is holed up there.

The beloved King of Thailand, King Maha Vajiralongkorn, also known as Rama X, King Rama X, decided to book the entire Grand Hotel Sonnebichl. The website of the hotel states that they apologize for very limited availability, while all other hotels in Germany were ordered to close. Those still open for business travel are literarily empty.

The Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl has closed its Facebook page after being flooded with furious comments from Germans angry that the hotel has been given special permission to stay open for King Vajiralongkorn and his harem. The king’s entourage included a “harem” of 20 concubines and numerous servants. According to the paper, it was unclear if his four wives are living in the same hotel with the rest of the group.

119 members of the entourage had been reportedly sent back to Thailand on suspicions they contracted the highly contagious Coronavirus. There is growing unrest in Thailand this week as its ruler, King Rama X, continues to holiday at a Bavarian Alpine retreat as his country buckles under the strain of the coronavirus pandemic. Tens of thousands of Thai citizens broke the strict lèse-majesté laws, which ban them from criticizing the King and can result in a 15-year prison sentence, in order to call out his actions online. A Thai phrase that means, ‘Why do we need a King?’ has been shared 1.2 million times on Twitter.

काठमाडौंमा बस्न नसक्ने र उपत्यकाबाहिर घर जानैपर्ने भएका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संघसंस्थाका कर्मचारीका लागि पास आवश्यक परेको खण्डमा राष्ट्र बैंकबाट वितरण गरिने छ। खाद्यबस्तु लगायतका अत्यावश्यक दैनिक उपभोग्य अत्यावश्यक दैनिक उपभोग्य वस्तुहरु आपूर्ति गर्ने निकाय / संघ संस्थाको हकमा वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति व्यवस्थापन विभागमा सम्पर्क गर्न सकिने जनाएको छ। प्रेसको हकमा भने सवारी पास मिडिया काउन्सिलको कार्यालयबाट लिन सकिने जनाएको छ।

काठमाडौं :  आइतबार साँझ बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले कोरोना (कोभिड–१९) भाइरस संक्रमण नियन्त्रण र रोकथामका लागि सरकारले थप सात दिन ‘लकडाउन’ गर्ने भएको छ। चैत ११ गते बिहान ६ बजेदेखि चैत १८ गतेसम्म लकडाउन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो। बैठकले १८ गतेपछि सात दिन लकडाउन थप्ने निर्णय गरेको सरकारका प्रवक्ता सूचना तथा सञ्चार एवं अर्थमन्त्री डा. युवराज खतिवडाले  जानकारी दिए । सरकारले यसअघि आइतबारको मन्त्रिपरिषद्यो निर्णयसँगै चैत २५ गते राति १२ बजेसम्म लकडाउन हुने भएको छ।
राहत र सहुलियतमा मजदुरदेखि वृद्धवृद्धासम्म र इमेल इन्टरनेटदेखि विजुलीसम्म रहेको छ । साँझ ५ बजेपछि बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठक राति ९ बजेसम्म चलेको छ । 

मन्त्रिपरिषद्को आइतबार बसेको बैठकले एक सय ५० युनिटसम्म विद्युत उपभोग गर्ने ग्राहकहरुलाई फागुन र चैतको विद्युत महसुलमा २५ प्रतिशत छुट दिने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
खाद्य संस्थानले बेच्ने दाल चामल लगायतका खाद्य वस्तुमा १० प्रतिशत छुट दिने निर्णय भएको छ । जसअनुसार मासिक १५० युनिटसम्म विद्युत उपभोग गर्ने ग्राहकको विद्युत महसुलमा २५ प्रतिशत छुट पाउनेछन् ।

नेपालमा विश्वव्यापी महामारीको रुपमा फैलिएको कोराना भाइरसको संक्रमण पाँचजनामा देखिएको छ। समितिले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय उडान २०७७ वैशाख ३ गतेसम्म रोक्नेदेखि विदेशबाट फर्किएर सम्पर्कमा नआउने, क्वारेन्टिनमा नबस्नेलाई संक्रामक रोग नियन्त्रण ऐन अनुसार कैद सजाय गर्नेसम्मका निर्णय गरेको हो।

त्यसैगरी बैठकले भारतीय सीमा क्षेत्रमा रहेका नेपालीको अझै वोर्डरमा रहेको सूचना रहेकोले स्थानीय तहलाई निवार्य क्वारेन्टाइनमा राख्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउन निर्देशन दिने निर्णयसमेत गरेको छ। सँगै विदेशमा रहेका विद्यार्थीका सवालमा सम्बन्धित विद्यार्थीका अभिभावकमार्फत नेपाल राष्ट« बैंकले खर्च पठाउनसक्ने व्यवस्था गर्ने विषयमा समेत निर्णय भएको छ।  

उपचारपछि उनी पूर्णरुपमा कोरोनामुक्त जापानमा एक व्यक्तिमा कोरोनाको संक्रमण दोहोरिएको हो । बीबीसी हिन्दीका अनुसार पूर्णरुपले कोरोना मुक्त भएपछि अस्पतालले उनलाई डिस्चार्ज गरेको थियो । तर केही समयपछि फेरि उनमा कोरोना भाइरस पोजिटिभ देखिएको छ ।
उनी पहिले जस्तै सामान्य जीवन जिउन थाले । घरबाहिर निस्किए, भीडभाडमा जान थाले । त्यसैक्रममा ज्वरो आयो र फेरि उनी अस्पतालमा भर्ना भए । अस्पतालले उनमा फेरि पहिलेकै कोरोना भाइरस शरीरमा दोहोरिएको बताएर उपचार थालेको छ । कोरोना भाइरस संक्रमण पुष्टि भएका ७० वर्षीय एक व्यक्तिलाई टोक्योको एक अस्पतालमा उपचार गरिएको थियो । भए । अस्पतालले उनलाई डिस्चार्ज गरेपछि उनी आफ्नो घर फर्किए पनि ।

Belarus, officially the Republic of Belarus, formerly known by its Russian name Byelorussia or Belorussia, is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe bordered by Russia to the northeast, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest. Its capital and the most populous city is Minsk. Minsk is a European Party city these days.

Life goes on without lockdowns and restrictions. The olf Soviet-type health system still works and works effectively. Once a COVID-19 is identified, the person will be admitted to a hospital. Police will go out within minutes and order everyone the identified had contact with to be admitted in a hospital for 2 weeks.

Isolation of the sick is also what every authority in the world now preaches, but for many countries, it’s too late. Belarus’ approach seems to be working and is timely. The country remains productive and only 94 cases are recorded in this country of 9.5 million. No one died so far.

In the meantime, a popular time out is the City Pub Crawl Minsk.  This is a tour that turned the usual pub crawl into a real quest game, where participants get points for completed drinking tasks. And in the finals, the winner who gets the crow is the king of the party.

Restaurants, markets, and enjoy shopping malls are packed with people in Belarus. Churches are open, and the only advice by President Alexander Lukashenko is to drink lots of vodkas and sweat everything out at saunas.

As surrounding countries have closed borders, shut down passenger transportation, banned mass events and effectively moved indoors.

Belarus’s soccer league plays on, the only one in Europe still on the field. Theaters are promoting premieres.  The air force is conducting field exercises. A Christian Orthodox fair and exhibition, Easter Joy, will be held April 1-12 in the capital, Minsk, with events for families and children.

On March 19 Belarus called the border closures by Belarus’s five neighbors as useless and “absolute and utter stupidity.”

It may sound familiar under authoritative leaders. In the U.S. President Trump, who initially said the outbreak in the United States was “very much under control.” Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro called it a media fantasy and “little flu,” claiming that Brazilians could jump into sewers and not get sick.

Last week he cited Trump’s warnings that the cure should not be worse than the disease as justification for his own course of keeping factories and businesses open and refusing to close the borders.

“People are working in tractors. No one is talking about the virus,” Lukashenko said. “There, the tractor will heal everyone.

He also recommended that people wash hands more often, have breakfast on time, have lunch and dinner.It was only Thursday that Belarus imposed a requirement that arriving foreigners go into 14 days of self-isolation. Belarus has been carrying out targeted coronavirus tests — 24,000 so far (compared with almost 250,000 for Russia’s 145 million people) and contact tracing. Lukashenko also has ordered increased production of ventilators.

Lukashenko was more worried about an impending economic crisis as a result of the coronavirus than the virus itself. The World Health Organization has endorsed the Belarus authorities’ approach of testing, contact tracing and isolating Covid-19 cases and their contacts.

विद्युत महशुल छुटमा घरबेटी र डेरावाल सबै बराबरी हकदार हुने भन्दै कुनै घरधनीले डेरामा बस्नेसँग पहिलेकै दरमा महशुल उठाएमा सरकारले कारवाही गर्ने सक्ने सरकारले जनाएको छ । परिस्थिति हेरेर जनतालाई अधिकतम राहत दिन सरकारले लकडाउन अवधिभरको विद्युत महशुल मिनाह गर्न सक्ने नाएको छ । अहिले जनताले जति बिजुली उपयोग गरे पनि सरकारले दिन सक्ने भन्दै ग्यास चुल्होको प्रयोग घटाउन इन्डक्सन चुल्होमा छुट दिइएको मन्त्री पुनले बताए ।
