नयाँ दिल्ली : भारतको उत्तराखण्डको चमोली जिल्लाको हिमाली क्षेत्रमा आइतबार बिहान गएको हिमपहिरो र धौलीगंगा नदीको बाढीले ठूलो मात्रामा जनधनको क्षति पुर्‍याएको छ । धौलीगंगा नदीमा आएको बाढीले चमोली जिल्लाको राइना गाउँस्थित ऋषिगंगा जलविद्युत परियोजना र बाँधमा क्षति पुग्नुका साथै त्यहाँ कार्यरत डेढ सयभन्दा बढी कर्मचारी बेपत्ता भएका छन् । भारतीय सन्चारमाध्यमहरुका अनुसार उत्तराखण्डको जोशी मठक्षेत्रस्थित हिमाली क्षेत्रमा बिहान करिब दस बजेको आसपासमा हिमपहिरो गएको थियो ।

काठमाडौं : स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसङ्ख्या मन्त्रालयका अनुसार २४ घण्टामा दुई हजार ७९४ जनाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्दा ४२ महिला र ५७ पुरुष गरेर ९९ जनामा संक्रमण पुष्टि भएको छ ।  नेपालमा कोरोना भाइरस सङ्क्रमितको सङ्ख्या दुई लाख ७१ हजार ८०६ पुगेको छ।  पछिल्लो २४ घण्टामा थप २४८ जना उपचारपछि निको भएर घर फर्किएका छन्। यो सँगै उपचारपछि निको हुनेको संख्या दुई लाख ६७ हजार ८१२ पुगेको छ। नेपालमा निको हुने दर भने ९८ दशमलब ५ प्रतिशत रहेको मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ। अहिले देशभर एक हजार ९५९ सक्रिय सङ्क्रमित छन्। उनीहरुमध्ये ९५ जना क्वारेन्टिनमा र एक हजार ९५९ जना आइसोलेशनमा छन्।

काठमाडौमा आज हल्का बर्षा भएको छ । लामो समयदेखि बर्ष हुन नसकेको समयमा आज बिहानदेखिनै बाक्लो हुस्सुलागेको र मध्यान्न दिउसो देखि बर्षा हुन लागेको छ । मौसम तथा पुर्वानुमान महाँशाखाका अनुसार भोलिदेखि मौसम मा सुधार आउन सक्ने बताईएको छ ।
हिमाली क्षेत्रमा भने हिजोदेखिनै हिउँ परेर चिसो बढेको छ भने अब उपत्यका लगाएत अन्य थानमा गर्मिको सुरुवात हुने संकेत देखिएको छ ।

दुई दिनदेखि परेको हिउँदे वर्षातले कृषकलाई राहत मिलेको छ । गुल्मीलगायत छिमेकी जिल्लाहरुमा शुक्रबार बिहानदेखि परेको पानीका कारण कृषहरुलाई रातह मिलेको हो । हिउँदको समयमा पानी नपर्दा कृषकहरुलाई समस्या पर्दै जान थालेको थियो । गत आसोजको पहिलो साताबाट वर्षात भएको थिएन । तर, यो वर्ष माघको अन्तिम साता भए पनि पानी पर्दा हिउँदे बाली सुप्रिने आशामा कृषकहरु खुसी भएका हुन् । वर्षातपछि बाँझै रहेका खेतवारीहरु पनि पानी नपर्दा खाली रहेका थिए । पानी परेसँगै कृषकहरुले खाली रहेका खेतबारीमा तरकारी तथा अन्य बाली लगाउन राहत मिल्नेछ ।

The innovative initiatives of the Development Plan

Nelle Madonie (the Madonie are one of the principal mountain ranges on the island of Sicily located in the northern part of the island) the “Forest Bathing Center” project has been launched which has as its objective the therapeutic and health potential of Madonie Park.

Here it will be possible to make forest immersions that enhance and demonstrate the high therapeutic value of native vegetation with specific routes and installations. In the post-pandemic period, this could be a winning solution.

Work has also begun on the arrangement of the house of Luigi Pirandello who was an Italian dramatist, novelist, poet, and short story writer whose greatest contributions were his plays. He was awarded the 1934 Nobel. The house is located in the contrada Caos in Agrigento, one of the oldest cities in Sicily, and is included in the Valley of the Temples Archaeological Park in Agrigento, one of the most outstanding examples of Greater Greece art and architecture. The house is a rural construction of the late eighteenth century and will be adapted with the removal of architectural barriers and creating an avant-garde cultural space.

New funding for the restoration of the historic center of Palermo

Some of the planned interventions include: The Monastery of the Discalced Carmelite Sisters at Kalsa, one of the most beautiful medieval neighborhoods in Palermo and the Spasimo complex, an unfinished Catholic church in the Kalsa neighborhood. The State Mint has decided to dedicate to Sicily on one of the 15 coins of the 2021 numismatic collection which reproduces the Sicilian cannoli, a typical Sicilian pastry, and the passito, a typical sweet wine, as well as the Temple of Concord of the Valley of the Temples, all symbols of excellence of tradition millennial Sicilian.

COVID-19 vaccines for all tourism workers: this is the appeal launched by the main trade associations and shared by the trade unions in Italy. It is an initiative aimed at planning the relaunch of tourism activities under conditions of full health protection.

The employers and trade union organizations stipulating the National Collective Labor Agreement that apply to companies in the tourism sector have signed an agreement to request the authorities of the sector for timely access to the COVID-19 vaccination program for workers in the tourism sector.

The agreement identifies vaccination against Sars-CoV-2/COVID-19 as a useful tool to ensure the safe operation of tourism both with reference to employees and with regard to the general population.

In consideration of the need to pay particular attention to workers in the tourism sector in the implementation of the vaccination plan, the parties request central and local authorities to include them among the priority categories for vaccination especially in light of the need to protect the activities who continue to ensure the service despite exposure to risk.

To ensure the success of the vaccination campaign, the parties finally agreed to take action to promote, among employed workers, information and awareness campaigns aimed at vaccination against the virus in progress.

The employers’ organizations stipulating the National Collective Labor Agreement that find application in the tourism sector are: Federalberghi, Fipe, Faita & Fiavet (members of Confcommercio); Assocamping, Assohotel, Assoviaggi, and Fiba & Fiepet (members of Confesercenti).

The trade union organizations stipulating Contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro (CCNL), a state collective employment agreement that find application in the tourism sector are: Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl, and Uiltucs.

बिहीबार एकाबिहानै सामाखुशीमा अज्ञात समूहले प्रदेश ३–०१–००२ ज ५८८१ नम्बरको ट्याक्सीमा आगजनी गरेको छ । महाराजगञ्जका डीएसपी रोशन खड्काका अनुसार बिहान साढे ६ बजे भएको आगजनीमा संलग्न व्यक्तिहरुको खोजी भइरहेको छ ।

प्रदर्शनकारीले ठाउँठाउँमा सवारीसाधनमा तोडफोडसमेत गरेका छन् ।

१९ माघ, काठमाडौं : ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहको यो कदमबाट बहुदलीय प्रजातन्त्रका मान्यताहरु पूर्णरुपमा समाप्त भएपछि तत्कालीन विद्रोही माओवादीसहित प्रमुख सात राजनीतिक दलहरुबीच १२ बुँदे सहमति भएअनुसार दोस्रो जनआन्दोलनको थालनी भएको थियो ।  ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहले मुलुकमा जारी हिंसात्मक द्वन्द्वलाई देखाएर जनताका मौलिक अधिकार निलम्बन गरिदिएका थिए । साथै प्रमुख राजनीतिक दलका नेताहरुलाई पक्राउ गरी उनले नजरबन्दमा राखेका थिए । आज माघ १९ गते । तत्कालीन राजा ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहले २०६१ सालमा आजकै दिन शासनसत्ता हातमा लिएका थिए ।   राजसंस्था फालेर लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र बहाली भएको १६ वर्ष पुगिसक्दा पनि जनचाहनाअनुसारको विकास र समृद्धि हुन नसक्दा आम नेपालीमा नैराश्य छाएको छ ।  २०६२ चैत २४ गते सुरु भएर २०६३ वैशाख ११ सम्म चलेको १९ दिने जनआन्दोलनले संसद पुनःस्थापना गरेको थियो । यही बीचमा माओवादी शान्ति प्रक्रियामा आएको थियो । जनआन्दोलनको जगमा पुनःस्थापित संसदले मुलुकबाट राजतन्त्र समाप्त गरी गणतन्त्र घोषणा गरेको थियो ।
