काठमाडौँ :  काठमाडौँ नजिक रहेको नागदह टौदहमा आज नाग पञ्चमीको दिन विशेष मेला लाग्ने गर्दछ । प्रत्येक वर्ष श्रावण महिनामा पर्ने नागपञ्चमीको दिन  टौदहमा कर्कोटक नागको बास गरि बसोबास गर्ने धार्मिक मान्यताअनुरूप पूजाआजा गर्ने चलन रहिआएको छ । साथै यस वर्ष  कोरोनाको महामारीका कारण धेरैजसो धार्मिक स्थानमा पूजाआजा भिडभाड गर्न निषेध गरिएतापनि चौथो तहमा भने पूजाआजाका लागि अलि  भीडभाड देखिएको छ ।

कर्कोटक नागराजा रानीको बासस्थान रहेको टौदहमा नेपालमा र विश्वमा विकराल रुपमा आइरहेको कोरोनाभाइरसको महामारीका कारण स्थानीय प्रशासनले सार्वजनिक स्थानमा प्रवेशको लागि रोक लगाइएका पनि यहाँ पूजाआजाका लागि आज नाग पञ्चमीको दिन पारेर खुल्ला गरिए तापनि सामाजिक दूरी कायम नराखी   हुलदंगा गरी पूजाआजा गर्ने गरेको पाइएको छ ।

राज्यले तय गरेको मापदण्डविपरीत भीडभाड गर्ने कार्य टौदहमा पनि व्यवस्था गरेको पाइएको छ । अधिकांश ठाउँहरूमा मठमन्दिर पूजाआजाको लागि खुला नगरीय पनि टौदह  विकास समितिले पूजाआजाको लागि प्रवेश गराएर अव्यवस्थित ढङ्गले दर्शन गराई रहेको पाइएको छ ।  टौदह समाज  कीर्तिपुर ले अन्य समयमा पनि टौदहमा पौडी खेल्न  डुङ्गा चलाउन निषेध गरिएका पनि नागपञ्चमीको दिन आज खुलेयाम पौडी खेलिरहेको पाइयो भने कैयौं टाढादेखि धर्म-कर्म गर्नको लागि आएका धर्म धर्मावलम्बीहरु सो क्षेत्रमा पूजाआजा गरी आफ्नो मनोकामना पुरा होस् भनी बरदान मागी रहेको पाइएको थियो यस्तो पवित्र स्थानमा पौडी खेल्ने  कार्य नियम विपरित हो ।  सरोकारवालाहरुले नियम बनाउने र अन्य स्थानीय अर्थात अन्य व्यक्तिहरुले यसको अवज्ञा गर्ने  कार्यले जनमानसमा खिन्नता वोध गराइरहेको छ ।

Tanzania government had set open investment space for high-class hotels in the new capital city Dodoma, targeting to attract international visitors and investors to the new capital, lacking reliable and adequate accommodation facilities. The new capital city of Tanzania is lacking hotels with prestigious standards to accommodate diplomats, international business executives, and high-ranking officials touring the city for business, political and diplomatic gatherings.

Despite its current status, Dodoma has been developed with only three hotels of the Three Star Class. These are Fantasy Village (22 rooms), Nashera Hotel (52 rooms), and Dodoma Hotel (91 rooms).

रौतहट लक्ष्मीपुर ४ घर भई हाल का।जि।का।म।पा।१५ डल्लु बस्ने ४७ बर्षका स्( गार्मेन्ट ब्यवसायी मोहम्द आलम । भारत बिहार घर भई हाल डल्लु बस्ने २३ बर्षका सिलाई पेशा गर्ने फैयाज आलम रहेका छन् । भने पिडीत महिलाको दिदी आलमको गार्मेन्टमा ३ बर्ष अघिदेखि काम गर्ने गरेको र दिदीले पीडित महिलालाई सोही गार्मेन्टमा काम लगाएको करीव १ एक महिना काम गर्ने दौरानमा आलमसंग चिनाजानी भऐको थियो भने घटना हुनुभन्दा करीव १ महिना अगाडीबाट दुबैजना बिच सम्पर्क टुटेको थियो सोही कुराको बदला लिने उद्देश्यले आफ्नै गार्मेन्टमा काम गर्न फैयाज आलमलाई प्रयोग गरी एसिड प्रहार गर्न लगाएको प्रहरीको अनुसन्धानमा बुझन आएको छ ।

An interaction program was organized by Nepal’s Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in coordination with Nepal Tourism Board to discuss the drafting of the operational guidelines for the implementation of provision made for tourism industry in the recently released monetary policy on July 21,2020.

Speaking at the program, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Mr. Yogesh Bhattarai highlighted on the importance of joint-collaboration among the government, tourism entrepreneurs and laborers’ for the formulation of policy aimed at focusing on the revival and survival of the tourism industry so that those working in the tourism sector have their job retained.

Minister Bhattarai informed that the hotels and domestic airlines will open their businesses by adopting the World Health Organization (WHO) protocol and precautionary measures.

He further emphasized on the importance of strictly abiding by the health guidelines by the tourism industries to combat the COVID-19 pandemic as prescribed by the World Health Organizations (WHO) so that the industries operate their businesses in a safe manner maintaining health and hygiene standards.

Similarly, Deputy Governor Mr. Chinta Mani Siwakoti said, the priority of the investment of the banks and financial institutions should be for the development of big infrastructure and tourism industry.  Deputy Governor Mr. Siwakoti further added that the concessional loans to the tourism industry has been provisioned with a sole intention of revival and survival of tourism industry hoping that the employment will be generated and the jobs of laborers will be retained.

Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Mr. Kedar Bahadur Adhikary said that the government is focused on the revival of the tourism sector in a phase wise basis. Secretary Mr. Adhikary emphasized on the survival of domestic tourism at the federal, provincial and local levels through the promotion, selection and branding of unique domestic tourism products in the international market

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Tourism Board Dr. Dhananjaya Regmi made a presentation on the impact made by the COVID-19 in the tourism sector, investment, jobs. CEO Dr. Regmi presentation also incorporated how the NTB worked in collaboration with the government and tourism stakeholders to address the crisis and loss incurred by the tourism industries at the present time

Likewise, the presidents and representatives of Hotel Association Nepal (HAN), Trekking Association of Nepal (TAAN), and Mountaineering Association of Nepal, Tourist Guide Association of Nepal TURGAN among others urged the government to expedite the process of launching of the operational guidelines so that the monetary policy will be implemented benefiting the tourism industry.

मानिसले चाहँदैमा मानवीय जीवन प्राप्त गर्न सक्दैन। अहिले कोरोना कहरका बीचमा पनि नेपालमा धेरै कारणले आत्महत्या गर्नेको संख्या थपिएको छ । आत्महत्या गर्नेको संख्या नेपालमा मात्र नभएर विश्वमै बढ्दै गएका समाचार आइरहन्छन्। कहिले कुनै समस्यालाई आधार बनाएर त कहिले कुनै बहानामा मानिसले आफूलाई हीनताबोध महसुस गर्छ । जीवनदेखि हार खाएर आत्महत्या गर्न बाध्य भएका घटनाहरूले बताउँछन्। धनी होस् या गरिब, शिक्षित होस् या अनपढ, आखिर आत्महत्याको बाटो रोज्न पुग्छ । अभावका कारण भन्दा पनि मानसिक स्थिति गुमाउनुको कारणबाट यस्ता घटना बढ्दै जान्छन्।

हरेक समस्याका समाधान हुन्छन्। समाधान नहुने समस्या नै हुँदैनन्। आत्महत्या व्यक्तिको मनोवैज्ञानिक, सामाजिक र व्यक्तिगत धारणाको उपज हो। व्यक्ति जीवनबाट विक्षिप्त र निरिह महसुस भएपछि यो बाटो रोज्छ। कहिले विद्यालयमा युवा झुण्डिएको त कहिले उपचार नपाएर, कहिले भोकै र कहिले रोजगारी नपाएर, बैंकको किस्ता तिर्न नसकेरलगायतका घटना भएका समाचार आए। कतिपय अवस्थामा तनावका कारण आत्महत्याको बाटो रोज्नेहरूका कथा पनि बाहिर आए।  आफ्नो मानसिक सन्तुलन गुमाएको हुन्छ।  किन मानिस आत्महत्या रोज्छ त ? केही मनोवैज्ञानिक, सामाजिक र व्यक्तिगत धारणा बुझ्ने कोसिस ग¥र्यौँ भने यस्ता घटना न्यूनीकरण हुँदै जानेछ। घर, समाज, आफन्त र राज्यको ठूलो कमजोरी अभाव होइन अपेक्षा हो।

त्यसयता भने सरकारले क्रमशः लकडाउन खुकुलो बनाउँदै आएको थियो । कोरोन भाइरसको संक्रमण रोकथाम तथा नियन्त्रणका लागि सरकारले चैत ११ गतेदेखि लकडाउन गरेको थियो । साउन ५ गते प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटारमा बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले लकडाउन अन्त्य गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो ।  सरकारले भदौ १ गतेदेखि आन्तरिक र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय उडान सञ्चालन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ  । कार्यालयहरू नियमित रूपमा बिहान १० बजेदेखि बेलुका ५ बजेसम्म खुल्नेछन्।

भदौ १ गतेदेखि विद्यालयहरूले विद्यार्थी भर्ना लिन पाउनेछन्। तर कक्षाहरू भने दूरशिक्षाकै माध्यमबाट मात्र चलाउनुपर्ने मन्त्री खतिवडाले जानकारी दिए। त्यस्तै भदौ १ गतेदेखि लामो र छोटो दूरीका अन्तर-जिल्ला सार्वजनिक यातायात पनि सञ्चालन गर्न सकिने खतिवडाले बताए।
